All orders placed M-F will be processed and shipped within a 24-hour window from the time the order is received by the Warehouse (NOTE that this excludes preorders). Orders placed over the weekend, will ship within 48 hours. Any orders with Next Day Shipping placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship the following Monday. SEEKER is not responsible for any shipment delays caused by the shipping carriers. All Discounted Sale items are considered Final sale - Exchange or Online credit is available.


In order to meet high demand (THANK YOU), we are opening up preorders for select items!

Preorders have an estimated shipping lead time of 4 weeks.  Standard shipping timelines will apply once your order has shipped. While we strive to turnaround orders faster, this buffer allows us to make each item after your order is placed, then pack and ship it them with care. 

Returns and exchanges for preorders can only be placed after your order has been delivered and will abide by our standard return and exchange policy.

*** Lost or Stolen Packages ***

Seeker is not responsible for packages lost or stolen that have been confirmed Delivered by the carrier. It is up to the customer to place their own claim through the carrier and contact payment establishment for the associated charge.

Free U.S. shipping is available on all orders with a minimum purchase amount of $150 before any applicable taxes. International orders are excluded from free shipping and are subject to international rates and duties depending on the carrier.

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Refunds can only be made in the same form as the original purchase. ALL RETURNS REQUIRE AN RA NUMBER. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable as well as import taxes or duties incurred in the original shipment or return process (with the exception of California State sales tax). This averages to around $19 an order hinging on current shipping & handling fees  

Discounted sale items are not eligible for refunds - Size exchanges accepted upon request.

All Discounted items are marked FINAL SALE can only be exchanged not returned at any time.


Within 7 days of receiving your order please send an email requesting return authorizations Once a return authorization has been received, proceed with the following procedure:

- Please ensure that items are securely packed and sealed in an appropriate shipping box.
- Items must be received at our warehouse within 21 days of your RA issue date.
-We DO NOT cover your return shipping costs.  
- For customers using the pre-paid return label, a return shipping fee of $20 USD (for returns within the 48 contiguous states) or $30 USD (for returns from Alaska and Hawaii) will be deducted from your refund.

If you choose to use a courier other than USPS, please make sure to use a courier service with tracking capability (FEDEX, UPS) and ship to:

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the return policy requirements stated above.

Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations outside the US.

To exchange, customers must email and return the unwanted item using return authorization procedure noting the exchange request.


We are happy to honor requests for price adjustment if the merchandise was purchased at FULL price and marked down within 2 days of order placement. Sale items will not be marked down further if purchased at a previous discount.  Sale items are NOT available for refund however we are happy to honor exchange requests.
