SHIPPING & RETURNS

Processing & Shipping

  • All orders placed Monday–Friday will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt by our warehouse (excludes preorders).

  • Orders placed over the weekend ship within 48 hours.

  • Any orders with Next Day Shipping placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship the following Monday.

  • SEEKER is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Free U.S. Shipping is available on all orders of $150+ before tax. International orders are excluded from free shipping and may incur carrier rates and duties.


Preorder Details

To meet demand, select items are available for preorder.

  • Estimated lead time: 4 weeks before shipping.

  • Standard timelines apply once shipped.

  • Returns/exchanges on preorders follow our standard return policy and begin once you receive your order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

SEEKER is not responsible for packages marked Delivered by the carrier but lost/stolen. Please file a claim directly with the carrier and your payment provider.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and with tags attached.

  • Damaged, soiled, altered, or worn returns (including scent/animal hair) may be refused and sent back.

  • Hats are FINAL SALE.

  • Discounted sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for refund (size exchanges may be accepted if available).


Return Procedure

  1. Email hello@seeker.earth with your order number and request a Return Authorization (RA) within 7 days of receipt.

  2. We respond within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) with instructions.

  3. Items must be received within 21 days of your RA issue date.

  4. Ship securely in a proper box.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • If using our pre-paid label:

    • $20 deducted for returns within contiguous U.S.

    • $30 deducted for returns from Alaska/Hawaii.

  • Outbound shipping (from SEEKER to you) is non-refundable.

Returns are inspected within 72 hours of arrival. Refunds are then processed within 7 business days, minus shipping costs. Banks may take 5–10 days to post.


Exchanges

  • To request an exchange, email hello@seeker.earth for RA instructions.

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your requested exchange.

  • If you keep your exchange, we absorb the exchange shipping.

  • If you later return the exchange and keep no product, all shipping costs (original outbound, exchange outbound, and final return) will be deducted from your refund.


Multiple Shipments & “Return of All Items”

  • If you exchange an item and then return the replacement (or otherwise keep no items), you are responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

  • As a small business, we happily absorb shipping when at least one item is kept, but we cannot cover repeated back-and-forth shipping when no product is retained.


Refunds

  • Issued to the original payment method only.

  • Shipping, handling, duties, and taxes (outside CA sales tax) are non-refundable.

  • Inspections take 72 hours; refunds process within 7 business days afterward.


Price Adjustments

  • We honor adjustments if a full-price item is marked down within 2 days of your purchase.

  • Sale items are not eligible for further markdowns or refunds.
