Some experiences just stay with you, and our evening at O’o Farm was one of them. Nestled in the lush Upcountry hills of Maui, the farm greeted us with rows of thriving vegetables, fragrant herbs, and a view that seemed to hold every shade of green.
We wandered the gardens in the golden light, learning about the sustainable practices that make this place so special. Everything felt alive—each plant thriving under the care of people who truly love what they do.
As the sun began to set, we sat down for an unforgettable farm-to-table feast. Chef @losveleros teamed up with the farm to create a special menu for O’o Farm’s 25th anniversary—eight courses that celebrated the very best of land and sea. The proteins were all locally hunted or caught, paired with vegetables and herbs grown right on the property. Every dish was fresh, bright, and layered with flavor. We savored each bite, from the first delicate amuse-bouche to the final sweet note of dessert.
We shared a long table with 17 new friends—people from different corners of the world, brought together for one night by good food and open hearts. Conversation flowed easily, and soon we were trading stories, laughter, and our best recommendations for where to eat in Maui.
It’s hard to put into words how special the evening felt—maybe it was the setting, maybe the flavors, or maybe just the magic of people connecting over a shared meal.
