This Privacy Policy describes how S E E K E R, operated by Metta Agency DBA S E E K E R (“SEEKER,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit, use our services, communicate with us, or make a purchase from seeker.earth (the “Site”).

The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with the Site and our services.

Payments are processed through Shopify and participating payment providers. Available methods may include credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. SEEKER does not directly store complete payment-card numbers.

We may also disclose information as part of a business transaction, such as a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets.

TARGETED AND BEHAVIORAL ADVERTISING

We may use certain information about your activity on the Site to deliver or measure advertisements that may be relevant to you. Depending on the services currently enabled, this may involve advertising providers such as Google, Meta, OpenAI, or Pinterest.

Where required or supported, if we detect a recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of activities that may constitute the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising for the browser and device sending the signal.

Browser-based “Do Not Track” signals are not interpreted consistently across the internet. We do not respond to traditional Do Not Track signals unless required by law, but we recognize GPC as described above.

EMAIL MARKETING

If you subscribe to our mailing list, we may send you information about products, releases, collaborations, promotions, and other SEEKER news.

You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our marketing emails. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending transactional communications about orders, returns, accounts, or customer-service requests.

DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect against fraud or abuse.

Retention periods vary depending on the nature of the information and why it was collected. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete or anonymize it, subject to applicable law.

  • Receive equal service and pricing without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right

These rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal exceptions. For example, we may retain information needed to complete transactions, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, or establish and defend legal claims.

  • Processing is necessary to fulfill a contract with you, such as completing an order

  • Processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests, provided those interests do not override your rights

  • Processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation

MINORS

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
